Mountain Series

The Mountain Series stone-hearth oven offers artesian baking solutions for kitchens of any size. Units are available in four sizes each offering wood-fired, gas-buring or combination wood/gas fuel options.

Fire Deck

Fire Deck ovens offer the same quality stone-hearth baking and roasting abilities as the Mountain Series but the rectangular shape and wide doors offers for easier access, more versitile cooking options, and great visibility. Available in six sizes, each unit offers the option of wood-fired and/or gas-burning options. Facade-ready brick oven options are available for those trying to achieve the look of a traditional brick pizza oven.

Bistro Line

Wood Stone's Bistro Line of ovens offers the intense cooking environment of larger commercial ovens but with a much smaller footprint, ranging in size from 3 ft2 to 9.2 ft2. The always-open door allows for high visibility of cooking conditions inside the oven. Most models are available as either gas-powerd or wood-fired.

Designer Series

Wood Stone will work with customers to design the equipment they desire and they look they demand. Multi-opening oven designs, facade extensions, decorative flames, broiler drawers, and viewing windows are some of the modifications available for new and existing ovens.

Both shallow-box and deep-box charbroilers feature "Deep Heat-Sink" ceramic firebox construction, an innovation that creates even grill temperature and saves fuel over traditional, open charbroiler designs.

Specialty Equipment

Wood Stone's Plancha offers a highly responsive, high temperature, consistent, contact cooking surface. The Plancha features four thermostatically controlled electric temperature zones that can be used at lower temperatures as a griddle for searing or sauteéing or at high temperatures up to 800°F for function like that of an open burner or French Top.
